The results, below the cut, are about what I would have expected.
Libertarians believe that you have the right to live your life as you wish, without the government interfering, as long as you don't violate the rights of others. This translates into strong protections for privacy and property rights, and a weak to non-existent social safety net.
Pro Business Republican 85%
Libertarian 85%
Socially Conservative Republican 70%
Foreign Policy Hawk 60%
Old School Democrat 55%
New Democrat 55%
Green 50%
Perhaps the biggest surprise is that I matched "Green" at 50%, and everything else higher. I'm not surprised that I rate higher on "pro business" then "socially conservative." Since I don't know exactly how they differentiate between "Old School" and "New" Democrat, I cannot comment on why I rate the same on those.
It is comforting is that I'm not as far off politically from some of my friends as I seem when participating in or listening to political discussions. It is probably that I tend to see different aspects politically, and personally, of some politicians than my friends which makes my politics look different.
